Depression is a mental disorder characterized by at least two weeks of low mood that is present across most situations. It is accompanied by low self-esteem, loss of interest in normally enjoyable activities, low energy, and pain without a clear cause.
Anxiety disorders are a group of mental disorders characterized by significant feelings of anxiety and fear. These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a fast heart rate, shakiness, dizziness, and stomach issues.
Bipolar disorder is characterized by episodes of depression and mania. Mania is the defining feature of bipolar disorder and can occur with different levels of severity.
Posttraumatic stress disorder is a mental disorder that can develop after a person is exposed to a traumatic event, such as sexual assault, warfare, traffic collisions, or other threats. Symptoms may include disturbing thoughts, feelings, anxiety, and increased fight-or-flight response.
Anger management is a psycho-therapeutic program for anger prevention and control. It has been described as deploying anger successfully. The ideal goal of anger management is to control anger so that it does not result in problems.
Low Self Esteem Issues
Low self-esteem can result from various factors, including genetic factors, physical appearance or weight, mental health issues, socioeconomic status, peer pressure, or bullying.
Grief & Loss
Grief is a natural response to loss. It is the emotional suffering one feels when something or someone the individual loves is taken away. Grief also has physical, cognitive, behavioral, social, cultural, and philosophical dimensions.
If you or someone you love is at risk for suicide, or having suicidal thoughts, please seek help immediately.
We also provide grief counseling for those who have been left behind by the suicide of a loved one.
Oppositional Defiant Disorder
Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) is a pattern of angry/irritable mood, argumentative/defiant behavior, or vindictiveness lasting at least six months.
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is characterized by problems paying attention, excessive activity, or difficulty controlling behavior which is not appropriate for a person's age. In children, problems paying attention may result in poor school performance.
Parenting issues can involve separated or divorced parents, or parents who are still married. Many parents may need help dealing with their child's issues, or just need some advice on how to best care for their children and work with their spouse.

Stress Management Help
Total Restoration Group provides a wide spectrum of techniques and psychotherapies aimed at controlling a person's levels of stress, especially chronic stress, for the purpose of improving everyday functioning.
Sexual Identity Issues
Sexual identity is how a person thinks of them self of romantic or sexual attraction. Discussing your feelings and thoughts can help you identify and quantify feelings to help understand your identity.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a mental disorder where people feel the need to uncontrollably check things repeatedly, perform certain routines repeatedly, or have certain thoughts repeatedly.
Marital discord Is not just a difference of opinion. Rather, it is a series of events that have been poorly handled so as to deeply damage the marriage relationship. Marriage issues have festered to the point that stubbornness, pride, anger, hurt and bitterness prevent effective marriage communication.
Strife, conflict, contention, dissension, variance mean a state or condition marked by a lack of agreement or harmony. The lack of harmony producing quarreling, factiousness, or antagonism.
Long-term, pathological use of alcohol or drugs, characterized by daily intoxication, inability to reduce consumption, and impairment in social or occupational functioning; broadly, alcohol or drug addiction.

We provide in-home visitation for patients who are unable to come into our offices. We understand that some patients with anxiety, depression or other health issues may have trouble coming into our offices, and we want you to be as comfortable as possible.
